Tuesday - Saturday 11am-6am
Sundays - 11am-3pm
TARDANZA Y CANCELACIĆN
-Siempre haremos todo lo posible para complacerlo si se estĆ” quedando atrĆ”s. Todos los clientes tienen un perĆodo de gracia de 10 minutos . En cualquier momento posterior se cobrarĆ” un cargo por retraso de $10.
-Si no puede asistir a su cita y necesita cancelarla, avise con al menos 24 horas de antelación. No presentarse no es aceptable. Cualquier cancelación de último minuto o no presentación dentro de las 24 horas incurrirÔ en un cargo de $20 para cualquier reserva futura. Se trata de clientes tanto nuevos como existentes.

To ensure full attention during treatments:
• Calls and messages are not answered during appointments
• Messages will be responded to within business hours

ā° Lateness & Cancellations
Arrival Time
• Please arrive on time for your appointment (not early, not late)
• A 10-minute grace period is provided
• After 10 minutes, a $10 lateness fee will apply
• Appointments may need to be shortened or rescheduled if time is lost
Cancellations & No-Shows
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are not acceptable
• A $20 fee will be required before booking any future appointments
• Applies to both new and existing clients

• Remaining balance is due at your appointment
• Cash and card accepted
• No refunds
• Deposits are non-transferable
